You will support senior lawyers, handle client applications, and contribute to providing high-quality legal services in a dynamic and multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, prepare, and file applications with Spanish immigration authorities.

  • Assist with legal research, client correspondence, and case preparation.

  • Represent clients in communications with public authorities under supervision.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration legislation and regulatory changes.

  • Support international clients relocating to Spain, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements.

  • Collaborate with colleagues in related practice areas (real estate, corporate, tax, and labor law).

Requirements

  • Law degree (Grado en Derecho) and eligibility to practice in Spain.

  • Specialization or strong interest in immigration law.

  • Excellent legal drafting and research skills.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with international clients.

  • High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken) is required.

  • Other languages (e.g., Chinese, French, Russian, Arabic) will be considered a strong plus.

  • Previous internship or experience in immigration law, relocation services, or an international law firm is an advantage.

What We Offer

  • Training and mentorship from experienced immigration lawyers.

  • Opportunity to work with international clients across diverse industries.

  • Exposure to cross-border cases in real estate, tax, and corporate law.

  • Career development and progression within the firm.

  • Competitive salary and benefits package.

  • A supportive, international, and growth-oriented team culture.
