About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Legal Immigration Lawyer to join our team in Spain. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent law graduate or early-career professional to develop expertise in Spanish immigration law while working with international clients. You will support senior lawyers, handle client applications, and contribute to providing high-quality legal services in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
Key Responsibilities

Advise clients on Spanish immigration law, visa options, residence permits, and nationality applications.

Draft, prepare, and file applications with Spanish immigration authorities.

Assist with legal research, client correspondence, and case preparation.

Represent clients in communications with public authorities under supervision.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration legislation and regulatory changes.

Support international clients relocating to Spain, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements.

Collaborate with colleagues in related practice areas (real estate, corporate, tax, and labor law).
Requirements

Law degree (Grado en Derecho) and eligibility to practice in Spain.

Specialization or strong interest in immigration law.

Excellent legal drafting and research skills.

Strong communication skills and ability to work with international clients.

High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.

Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken) is required.

Other languages (e.g., Chinese, French, Russian, Arabic) will be considered a strong plus.

Previous internship or experience in immigration law, relocation services, or an international law firm is an advantage.
