About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Tax Advisor to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional who wants to build expertise in tax advisory and compliance. You will support senior colleagues, work on a wide range of client cases, and develop your skills in a collaborative environment.

As part of our international client base, you will also play a key role in supporting Chinese-speaking clients with their tax and compliance needs, ensuring clear communication and high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing corporate and personal tax returns.

• Support senior advisors with tax planning and advisory projects.

• Conduct research on tax legislation and regulatory updates.

• Draft reports, memos, and correspondence for clients and tax authorities.

• Help with VAT, payroll, and indirect tax compliance.

• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.

• Liaise with both local and Chinese-speaking clients to collect financial data and resolve queries.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Law, or a related field.

• Strong interest in taxation and willingness to pursue professional qualifications (e.g., CTA, ACCA).

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• High attention to detail with good organizational skills.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Fluency in English and Chinese (both written and spoken) is required to support international and Chinese-speaking clients.

• Additional languages are a plus.
