About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and creative Junior Real Estate Associate to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for someone eager to build a career in real estate while also gaining hands-on experience in property marketing and client relations. You will assist with property sales and rentals, manage social media postings, and support site viewings, all while learning from experienced real estate professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Engagement

  • Schedule and conduct property site viewings with prospective clients.

  • Provide accurate property information and ensure a professional client experience.

  • Assist in preparing contracts, reports, and documentation.

• Marketing & Social Media

  • Create and manage engaging property listings across digital platforms.

  • Post regular updates, photos, and videos of properties on social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).

  • Monitor engagement metrics and suggest strategies to grow online reach.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional materials.

• Research & Administration

  • Conduct market research on property values, rental prices, and trends.

  • Update and maintain the internal property database.

  • Prepare client presentations and support senior team members with daily tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in client-facing roles.

• Creativity and knowledge of social media platforms & digital marketing.

• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.

• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, or CRM tools is a plus.

• Fluency in Spanish and English (other languages are a plus).

• Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn about the real estate industry.
